Update Tuesday June 25, 8:15 – A bit earlier than expected, at 7.20pm last night, all services were up-and-running again. At that time, all users were able to use our services again as normal
Update 18:20 – The problems have been found and solved! The features colleague status, look-up, queue statistics and opening hours are working properly again and are restarting.
This is happening in steps, so some users may still be affected. We expect all users to be able to use our services normally again by 7.30 pm.
If users have added the Fixed/Mobile step at the top of the dial plan, it can now be removed again. The dial plan will then follow the normal steps again.
Update 17:55 – We notice that some customers cannot be reached by phone.
Are you experiencing problems with your reachability? Then we recommend forwarding to a mobile number. You can do this in your dial plan, setting the option Fixed/Mobile as the top step.
Update 17:29 – Besides in the webphone and the app, the colleague status is also not visible or editable in the portal. In addition, we see problems in the features look-up, queue statistics and opening hours.
